We Are Making An Impact
The best way to describe what we do is to hear it from the women we serve
Outcomes: What We Measure
The Exodus Chattanooga partnerships will focus on improving the lives of its participants and tracking core outcomes to demonstrate the success of this work.
The core outcomes we will track are:
Participants will join in weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings as a means to:
Establish and restore relationships with others and with God
Live in an environment of love, acceptance and the discipleship of a community of believers to support their growth and stability
Participants stay housed
Participants are satisfied with the services and housing
Participants improve their physical, emotional and mental health
Participants increase their income and employment
Participants reduce their reliance on government support
A baseline with regard to these outcomes will be established during the initial assessment and reviewed monthly and at six- and twelve-month intervals. Progress will be assessed and goals evaluated during each review.
Upon successful completion of the Exodus Chattanooga’s 12-month Christ-Centered recovery program, the family will be offered the opportunity to receive a Housing Choice Voucher to transfer anywhere in the United States that accepts Section 8, or they may choose to stay in their current housing unit upon approval from the Chattanooga Housing Authority.
